Free MEMS courses on various MEMS MPW-technologies

In the frame of the STIMESI program, several courses on are scheduled at different locations in Europe. The idea is that courses are given twice a year covering the MEMS technologies from the different partners. Every year the courses will be updated according to the latest technology additions or upgrades.

Universities are stimulated to include MEMS technologies in their curricula in order to educate students in these new technologies.

The project is running in close cooperation with Europractice-IC in order to provide accessible routes to fabrication using industrially-proven processes. This will bring MEMS design and manufacturing capability within the technical and financial reach of any academic researcher that wishes to use MEMS.
